The DX11 patch is coming out. So, take that however you wish.

Skyrim is actually in DX11/9. Developers have long since ditched DX10, as it was never optimized properly. And, since Xbox and PS3 games are rendered in DX9, it became the co-standard with DX11 for PC games.

I'll be able to tell you in about 2 hours when my buddy gets off work and brings it home. From what I've seen/heard, it's one of the better Zeldas. People have been running it off the Dolphin emulator on pc. Zelda in HD... looks insane.
