PATENT EVERYTHING!

While I have had my phone rooted for a while now, I haven't really done any nandroid backups. Can anybody tell me what it backs up exactly? Is it an exact image of my phone with everything (apps, settings, etc.).

I've got Airsync and it works great, the problem is that DoubleTwist is slow as shit. It takes at least a full minute or two to start up, freezes like crazy while navigating inside the program, and on top of that I haven't seen it close in less than five fucking minutes. @Al Iguana: I've been using an iTunes one which is why I was asking. Anyways, I tried DoubleTwist for a bit. Takes forever to start up and is very slow compared to iTunes IMO. I'm probably going to stick with iTunes + iSyncr.

Does DoubleTwist have a remote feature similar to iTunes (as in changing the song playing on your PC from your Android phone)?
