Again a sad end to what could have been the answer to a lot of the US Navy's problems. Instead they go ahead with the LCSs. Lets just buy the most expensive things we can, who cares if they are actually viable. See F-35.

You are a bit late for it but I'm sure you can find highlights online. The Dubai 24hr was a great race just finished this morning 10am gmt, sorry don't know what time that was in the colonies.

The ironic thing is, the reason oil is so cheap at the moment is mostly to do with you chaps and your fracking. Saudi Arabia are worried that you'll stop buying from the and are determined to hold on to thier market share. Hence not cutting production like the rest of the OPEC country's would like them to. I've heard

Yep. 2000bhp, a flux capacitor and it can fly. Oh and Fangio, Senna and Bellof are driving for them.

What is this American obsession that VAG products are in some way unrealiable or badly build. Have you seen the build quality on nearly every American car upto about 3 years ago?

How do you know the ACO will actually give it an entry. Won't it need a good placed finish in a qualifying championship?

All just following each other in a big circle pretending that their not there and either can or can't hear the others!

I would imagine if they pulled it off, then the Chinese would task a sub to follow it all times, just incase. Last thing they want is North Korea starting a local conflict or even a not so local one!

Obviously it's doing it for a reason. However, don't think Ferrari or Porsche have this problem even with the La Ferrari or 918, vastly more complicated cars. America lagging behind again.

erm an Elise is a great daily driver. The light weight means good mileage and low ware on tyres and other consumables. It's fast enough to over take on B roads and comfy enough for long drives. I used mine daily in Scotland, not blessed with the best weather, for 18 months

Haha, oh yeah the redesigned Lotus drag car. No, i know it's a lot more than that, but it's years behind the P1 et al.

Well it had better be good. Because from a European perspective you boys are massively lagging behind. Now, I'm not saying that US cars aren't good. But I genuinely think, compared to the best Europe offers they just can't compete. I mean where is America's P1 or LaFerrari?

Sounds a good idea. However I have my suspicions that the US government have committed to globe hawk. As its more expensive and maybe not as good, so that's what they'll go for. Much the same as our government, go for the shiny shiny expensive option over the proven platform.

Well that's the first time a HR-V has ever been called cool. Over here they are exclusively driven by grannies.

Lucky enough to have been there in 2013 with some Tonkas. Bloody cold, but very dramatic place.

sorry, spell checker RWD! Or in fact red!

Not sure on the brand new Transit but until recently you could have a fwd or red transit. And way more rugged than a sprinter, the amount of 10-15 year old transits still going is testamount to that, they have very hard life.

Have to disagree with the boys at Merc, in the UK at least the Ford transit is the king with the Sprinter a distant second.

Why in your Facebook headline it say Toyota USA? You did this with a story about Audi recently. Neither of the stories had anything to do with the USA.

Oh I don't know, spent some time with 617 Sqd at lossie and I wouldn't put it past them!
