This may be the thing to get me on the 4k TV bandwagon.

I can see the use of not having to pull your phone out, but it would be cool if asking questions could prompt your chromecast to display relevant information, like your phone does.

Gen 1 and gen 2 are my personal favorites. Had a 2003 and 2005 (gen 2 above) Honda Civic Si and am back looking for an unmolested version of that generation again. Lovely, simple, fun cars.

Nah, the candidates and their respective parties are doing a fine job of that.

I’m 6'5" and primarily drive a Land Cruiser but the rear leg room on those is atrocious. With my son in his car seat behind me, I can’t put the seat where I’d like it. Sadly, I’m sure the new Compass won’t have nearly as much leg room.

Who knew the Compass had that much legroom?!

Note that the word “only” doesn’t appear in that quote.

I didn’t suggest that that should be their only job. But the fact that you think this basic customer service idea is totally unreasonable to you explains a lot about why people hate car dealerships.

How hard is it, if someone sells a car, to note anyone that was scheduled to see it and have someone who’s job it is to give them a call? These are not complicated customer service situations. If you “don’t have time” to perform basic courtesy calls, your dealership sucks.

This is one of those moments that I wish I weren’t tall.

There’s a difference between 5 minutes and 55.

Yesterday I scheduled a time for today to go see a car I was interested in purchasing. Today, 53 minutes before I arrived, they texted me to confirm my appointment. 53 minutes later when I arrived, they told me it had been sold. I just cannot figure out why dealerships get a bad rap.

Definitely want one to build a camper on the back.

Why would you want to re-create it and why would we assign value based on the subjective preference to do so?

Define “valuable” in this context.

I disagree that this is what most people mean since more arable farmland is objectively advantageous. I believe most equate “good” with “same” here. People absolutely despise change.

You don’t “damage” ecosystems. You change them. Whether the new state of that ecosystem is good or bad is a value judgement made entirely on the basis of your subjective preferences.

Who gives a shit what National Review thinks?

Rear passenger leg room on these is atrocious and has been forever. It’s why, with a second child on the way, we’re selling our 2000 Land Cruiser even though we mostly love it. Like, my 2013 Ford Focus had more leg room. How? Why?

Really? That’s not an example of a conflict of interest. That is an example of shared interests.
