The extra engines on large airliners are usually there just for redundancy. So in case an engine or two fails, the aircraft can still make it to a safe place. They also distribute the load a bit more so each individual engine doesn’t have to work as hard.

Wow, it’s actually aged reasonably well.

I’d throw a plate on it that reads:

Well, that joke stalled...

That’s good shit.

404? I dunno, I couldn’t find it.

That looks fantastic.

This is the Adidas track suit of cars.

Florida.

Is that a timer above where the central mirror would be that shows him his difference between current lap/ best lap time? If it is, I didn’t know those actually existed. I thought it was just a handy feature in Gran Turismo and other racing games, and I didn’t think it could be constant like that.

What a fascinating image.

I love that there is a viper this driven and spent.

I would actually watch advertisements if they all had fun musical numbers like that.

This brings me so much joy.

Oh wow, I genuinley forgot that the chiron existed.

Cool Lancia Stratos, Lotus Evora, Ford GT, Lamboghini, Ferrari SP38.

God I want that in america.

I’m already horrified of self driving mustangs, they’ll just be missing that feature alltogether.

That was a ridiculously inspiring post.

This happens quite a bit, and usually it ends up that the person was just mashing the gas (err, I guess the current) pedal in a panic to stop. I don’t buy for a second that they were actually braking.
