Eugene resident here. I can tell you that this ordinance will make rent burdens increase dramatically. It’s already 1400 a month for a studio apartment in some spots near the University. Increasing the electric bills for an already cash strapped middle class will only make those burdens higher.

The issue with Crystal Skull is it tried to rely on nostalgia but did it in a way that was just dumb.

For example, they bring back Marion, have her character not changed at all since Raiders and they have a kid now.

That episode was literally called “Jump The Shark”.  Fitting for Season 9 of the X-Files...

Except that to get him into the MCU, they have to use time travel tech (Or Magic) to jump timelines.

That little bit of Picard music really gave me James Horner vibes, more Search for Spock than Wrath of Kahn, but the music of those films was fantastic.

It didn’t work because it killed John Connor in a scene that immediately leaked online, turning off fans. It then proceeded to do literally nothing different while simultaneously deleting 3 other movies from cannon.  Not that Terminator cannon made any sense to begin with...

Okay, it interested me at Donkey Kong on a Smash Bros stage, it got my attention with Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing joining forces on Rainbow Road.

I’d like to be able to toggle multiple quests at once.  Or have witcher gear collectible quests show up as a different icon that you can always leave on.  I don’t know how many times I walked past a piece of witcher gear and had to back track to a place I had already been.

People saw Avatar so many times because it was the first 3D movie that felt like an event.  You had to see it in 3D for the “Experience”.  The problem is now, over a decade later people can take it or leave it.
