When you hit 50, Chromie time turns off and you get ported back to your capitol. At this point the scaling reverts back to what it was before the squish, so a level 50 character in Pandaria would be able to one shot everything again. Thus robbing you of the actual challenge of gameplay.

I agree, MoP is a pretty expansion, but the best content came in the Post release patches, which unfortunately isn’t tuned for leveling. Personally, I feel they could consider retuning the content to include the Isle of Thunder as a leveling zone, but it was always meant to be sandbox content so it doesn’t really work…

Honestly, I see it as room to breathe and build up an appetite for whatever comes next. Phase 4 has my interest simply because we have no idea where they are going to take things and the have X-Men and Fantastic 4 coming down the pipe.
