I agree.
I agree.
Damn, missed this one. How can Sam Raimi’s Delta 88 not show up on this list? When this thing pops up in a movie you know you’re in for some shit.
Well, I bought a 2002 in 2018 with 187k miles, an automatic, significantly more rust, and a soft top for $6500, so I’d be a hypocrite if I voted No Dice.
Damn...a lot of nice looking cars here and I’m just stuck here with my 99 Subaru Legacy GT Limited. I don’t have her anymore, but I think she’s purrty.
Yeah, on top of that, the guy I was talking with drives more than double the distance that I tend to and lives in Canada where gas is nearly $8, both of which are what lead to the huge discrepancy between his 6 years and my 52 years.
I was having a convo on Reddit a few weeks ago about the merits of buying the Wrangler 4xe as a replacement for our old 13mpg straight 6 Wranglers. The conclusion we came to was that he would recoup the difference in buying a 4xe at $60,000 with a trade in worth about $10k in about 6 years, whereas it would take me 52…
Had the same thing happen a Subaru dealership over the summer. It was weird.
I assume when Bill says “liability only” he just says that to try to get Jo to change her mind about using it.
What? This is such bullshit fake news. I get a solid 13.5mpg.
Your child is going to ruin the back on that Outback. I’m sorry to be the one to tell you this.
We bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent over the summer. It replaced our 2016 Outback which got handed down to our son.
Does it count as dead if it was never alive?
How do you possibly not list the Javelin and AMX in the AMC list? I mean, come on. Those things are gorgeous.
I always thought it was a weird choice that in Gilmore Girls Lorelai would drive a half door custom khaki colored Wrangler, and never once taking the top or door inserts off.
I’m a 30 something white dude, so I understand this law isn’t aimed at me, but at 25 feet this is basically saying I can’t turn on my radio if I have my top down in my Jeep.
Wait, why is the Wrangler “range could be much better” at 21 miles, but the Crosstrek at 17 is “lol subarus be subarus”
Don’t know if I’d sell mine for the sake of a commute, but I’d definitely be looking at getting something else to daily.
I’m in Ohio and since there’s no smog test here and no apparent rust, this is $13,000 worth of rolling gold.
I daily a 2002 Wrangler and I agree whole heartedly with the sentiment here. It’s fantastic for putting around town and back roads, but I do whatever I can to avoid taking it on the highway. I can’t imagine doing it in a YJ or CJ.
So, do springs count as sprung or unsprung weight?
