Could be worse. It could always be worse.
Except $500k in New York isn’t “rich”. This is upper-middle class in the rest of the country...minus San Francisco.

Am I the only one that sees Elio as the new Dale, minus the transvestite con artist?
I wonder what kind of cars we’d see automakers come out with if they decided to not sell in California...
It sounds like you’re saying that consumers don’t really want it if it makes what they want more expensive which means they don’t really want it unless it’s “free” and the only way to mask that is to make all cars more expensive so the consumer doesn’t realize they’re paying more for something they only marginally…
This doesn’t make sense to me. If automakers want tougher fuel economy standards, why do they need regulation to accomplish this? If they feel the public wants this bad enough, why wouldn’t they just work to supply the public with what they want instead of being forced to do it?
I mean...it can’t really even offroad that well either.
Because unlike the Colorado and Canyon, the Ridgeline (subjective aesthetics aside) isn’t an absolute box of hot garbage.
If you’re building a car from scratch, at what point does it transition from “parts” to “car”?
No, it really isn’t that bad. It’s just an easy target.
Yeah, I go to Jersey a lot actually. It’s awful.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think dealerships should not exist. I just think manufacturers should be able to sell directly if they choose, or if the consumer chooses to go that route.
Well yeah. When it’s illegal no one watches out for it. When it’s legal everyone knows to watch for u-turners at lights. Also, the safety of the u-turn is on the driver making it. Sounds like you ran into a douchebag on multiple levels.
U-turns are prohibited in Columbus, OH unless there’s a sign stating you may.
Like in Golden, Colorado, where a louder-than-stock exhaust could win you a ticket.
Cars only being sold through dealerships and not directly from the manufacturer.
Right? I just paid $17something for Goodyear TripleTreds on my Outback.
