Could be not technically a “glitch” but a conscious design choice to try to get as much regen as possible to get the greatest range possible, and then it takes time for the software to say “uh oh...this isn’t regen time” and switch over to all mechanical. Or the charge acceptance is too low and regen doesn’t pull as…

The only other aspect perhaps tied to software is the regenerative braking. If regen is recovery is pulled back with successive stops, through some software deal, then maybe you end up relying totally on traditional components which may not sufficient. The opposite could be true too. The software is trying to improve…

I make 20x more now than I did in 2003. Of course that was just a summer job at KFC when I was in High school...so my annual wage was pretty low.

Seems Ford was losing money on groups 2 and 3. So...I guess it’s not actually that much cheaper to make the car version, they were just priced lower due to competition? Sounds like the other option is raise the price of the car versions and keep them around. But people aren’t buying them even at a discount...
