So you just pop the hood and all the battery terminals are out in the open like that? covered in a little bit of insulating tape?

It’s a nice sedan, but I basically have no plans to buy a sedan ever again in my lifetime. Call me when they confirm the wagon’s in the US.

Not if the Teslas were driving 214285714 mph.

What’s this about free beer?

The sooner you realize people use idealogy as an excuse to get what they want for themselves, not because they actually believe the idea, the sooner the world will make sense.

NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR FANTASY TEAM.

Othello or Aladdin?

Chao, a lifelong Washington fixture who was also Deputy Transportation Secretary 27 years ago and who moved seamlessly between political appointments and stints at the Heritage Foundation, will help Trump drain the swamp of our current infrastructure system.

The only question left in my mind is if the upcoming car will live up to the standard of the current legend-in-its-own-time Fiesta ST. Can a FiST be fun if it’s bigger and blobbier? We’ll see.

but....why?

Yeah...not cold.

you have that wrong. DC is more dangerous than AC, so saying humans are ok at 120V DC but only 50V AC is wrong.

You use that car in the cold? Alternator logic is going to bump the voltage up higher at low temperature to make sure a lead acid battery is charged. You may not want to do that with a lithium ion battery unless you’ve re-programmed some software to lower voltages...

You’re wrong. 48V was selected not for any logical reason other than the fact that anything <~60V is considered non-lethal low voltage while >60V has the potential for lethal voltage. Otherwise they would go even higher for lower current at equal power values. Thanks for guessing and pretending it was knowledge

I used the name “Richard Fromage” rich.fromage@ymail.com

Ironic considering how Trump’s plan to battle ISIS was “I can’t tell you because then the terrorists will know too.”

Heh...Richard Fromage

Interesting. We have a debate for “WHAT IS COOL?” brewing between you and cdydatzigs . You state being part of the herd is never cool...cdydatzigs says “cool” is defined by popular things that requires favorable opinions from the population. WHO IS CORRECT???
