So Anthony Hopkins just comes off a career defining stint on HBO with Westworld, then jumps into this flaming dumpster. They must be paying him sooooo much to do garbage like this.

BOXBOY AMIIBO HOLY SHIT DREAMS DO COME TRUE
Just another example of how Metacritic is still screwing everyone over.
I bought a Vita TV to play Persona 4 Golden just about a month ago. Best choice ever. I can’t wait to finish it after I finish FFXV and before Persona 5 drops.
I should say, I’m not entirely devoid of Kingdom Hearts experience. I played the first DS game for a few hours (it was easy to drop games when I had a flashcart), and I enjoyed it enough. Since, I’ve looked stuff up online, but it’s so weird that I can never retain the plot in my head. I’ll effectively be going in…
There aren’t any games left for me this year. Which is great. The next big release for me is the Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5 HD release on PS4. I haven’t played the series before, so I’m excited to grab that.
I don’t know, I played on normal as well. I’m not great at video games.
I’m not as enthusiastic about the gameplay as Marylee is. The AI is kinda dumb, sometimes not aggressive enough, other times too over-reactive. The gunplay is nothing remarkable, the stealth is simple but effective. The mechanics therein are interesting enough to keep you engaged through the 12 or so hours of story.
I disagree. The naming convention is unique, calling up The Godfather series. It’s not hard to type either. Not sure why you’d consider it absurd.
Perhaps on a fundamental level. I thought visual novels were more of a Japanese thing, and I don’t tend to play those because I don’t like that much reading in my games. I’m thinking more about Western games like Journey, Gone Home, Firewatch, games that get the “walking simulator” label slapped on them. Light…
I’m super interested in What Remains of Edith Finch. These sorts of strange, low impact storytelling games really capture my attention.
I see what you mean. I consider the ending of the first game to be nearly perfect, so fraught with emotion. I would have been happy to never play another TLoU game based on that alone.
I’m hoping to go through the FFXV campaign and play the super cool dungeon Jason kept raving about this week. I want to play it before it shows up in my YouTube feed somewhere.
smashing that subscribe button so hard
OH MY GOD I AM SO READY FOR THIS GAME. I realize the folly in pre-ordering and hyping up a game like this (hello No Man’s Sky), but I would be buying it anyway. I’m one of those people that plays every non-MMO FF game. And the Judgement Disc demo was really fun even if I don’t understand a lick of Japanese.
How would you compare the stealth mechanics to Hitman? Hitman is quite robust, and it keeps surprising me with all the ways that I can kill targets.
I’ve been thinking about selling my unused Xbox One, and that would make for a good purchase with the funds. With more left over.
Can I play the PS3 version on a Vita TV? I have a PS4, and I’m not super into buying a PS3 right now.
Jason Schreier strikes again...
I picked up the first chapter of Hitman this week to ease my election woes, so I’m gonna play that this weekend. Maybe I’ll get started on that long awaited Witcher 3 playthrough, but FFXV is coming, and I don’t need that kind of conflict in my house, you know?
