Yes!
Yes!
I’ve had a PS4 for a little over a month now, and I got Destiny on sale last week! I’ve been playing on Xbox One for over a year, but I find that I like the PS4 controller better for shooters.
Will you guys be having a review of I Am Setsuna this week? I’m all about classic JRPGs, and I think I might add this to my backlog if the reviews are positive.
Seriously, whenever I see this game come up, I want it to be a Fates spinoff.
I have never seen this before, and my life has changed. Magikarp is perfection.
I got a PS4 last week to complement my Xbox with sweet, sweet exclusives, so I have been going through The Last of Us for the first time. My roommate tells me that I’m near the end, so I’m planning on finishing that tonight. It’s such an amazing game.
Regarding the whole thing about entering key commands to get access to the home screen: perhaps that’s not actually how it was done and it was said to have been done that way to sort of cover the tracks of the hacker. At the same time, so many other pieces of the failed heist are legit (or seem that way), maybe the…
Oh, so that’s not a joke. That’s an actual thing. Amazing.
Only on the men, of course.
Aw, come on EA. No real footage, no release dates, just vague descriptions with studios attached. You can do better.
I love you guys, I love Kotaku and io9, and I love what Gawker stands for. I’m concerned that whoever buys you guys will not exactly believe in the same sort of uncompromising journalism, but I’m hopeful. That sort of vision is what makes Gawker worth buying. Looking forward to kickbutt E3 coverage and investigations…
I played the regular version on iOS. I would say that the game is HIGHLY replayable. It’s very difficult to get good at it, and having local multiplayer will greatly increase the fun factor.
The thing this week that I’m jacked about is the final Smash DLC. I thought I would keep going through Fire Emblem Awakening (just bought a 3DS over Christmas, cannot get enough of this game), but I guess I’ll be playing Corrin in Smash for ages (until Fates releases).
Is Kotaku sure Wirewatch is coming out on Xbox One? I was convinced it was only releasing on PC and PS4, and a google search doesn’t say it’s coming to Xbox One so soon.
I think we probably have to disconnect what we loved about the previous JL/JLU series from our expectations of the new series. Having longer stories told over the course of a few episodes, or even a season, isn’t really feasible with 11 minutes. I’m fully expecting it to look like Adventure Time in terms of structure.
I would really really like Nintendo to release a Super Mario Player on the 3DS. I see all these amazing levels and I can’t play them because I don’t have a Wii U! I don’t have any desire to make levels (and I highly doubt it would function well on a 3DS). I just want to play all the cool ones!
Definitely thought this was about someone who created a custom controller that only takes fists as inputs.
It’s genuinely the most fun I’ve had in Destiny since Vault of Glass. Why doesn’t Bungie make a standalone racing game in this vein? I’d play it until the end of days.
I named my character Donald Trump and did my very best to model my character after Trump. In that case, Fallout 4 is very literally Donald Trump’s America in my game.
