1) Don’t confuse critical acclaim and your confirmation bias with actual sales.

Bethesda is a private company and does not disclose sales figures, but UK physical data + Steam Spy + NPD hint at disappointing numbers for Prey, Dishonored 2, and The Evil Within 2. Doom and Wolfenstein 2 have gotten good buzz and appear to have fared better (and obviously Fallout 4 was big), but none of Bethesda’s

And by most accounts they’ve all tanked.

He was in fact based on Kevin Costner..

I always thought Dash Rendar looked closer to Kevin Costner...and if we’re going with 1996, that’d be about right too.

I like that Hellboy’s crown and horns appear during his trait. However, I realize it just feels weird and wrong to see Hellboy talking without Ron Perlman’s voice coming out of him. Still, I am a sucker for crossovers so seeing him versus, say, Batman or Supergirl will be interesting.

I wonder is D2 filled with D1 vets or new players? These sound like the exact same problems D1 had, even late in life.

Thank god for this. Destiny 2 is in a really strange place for me right now that I’ve never experienced in a game before. It’s a game I really want to play but feel there is nothing in it for me to do that’s worthwhile. I’m LL 304, decked out in raid weapons and have beaten all the core content.

Mechanically I love

So much complaining. Like, I get there’s definitely constructive criticism to be doled out, I’m not an apologist and don’t think Destiny 2 is perfect by any measure of the word. BUT... how many posts need to make it to the front page parroting what others have already said, over and fucking over. As soon as Slayerage

I have full confidence that Bungie will take steps to correct any imbalance in PVP.

Problems are overblown. It’s different and humans are fearful and wary of change. Also, squeaky wheel, etc.

Different take: Destiny 2 is the first game where I don’t hate PvP, because I am able to maintain a K/D > 1, get a kill streak, and generally not be the worst person on the team, even though I’m by no means a casual player.

Cool mode idea: Fixed gear. Everyone gets the same randomly-selected guns for the match

The biggest downfall to D2 is the simple fact that it followed after the original Destiny. Too many arm chair Guardians... Nobody will ever be satisfied, and that’s sad.

THOSE are the gauntlets I want. All of the other ones that I have received are unnecessarily bulky and ugly. But I saw someone in the tower wearing those for the first time yesterday and I must head to Titan now to farm for that!

Ok. I like this creepy astronaut that got lost on the moon look. The smaller the shoulders get, the more I like the Titan armor.

They don’t, but we have to agree to disagree about this then. :p

Only if knightly and lordly are adjectives meant to describe how stupid huge someone’s shoulders are.

Titan Titan Supremacy.

Titans are by far the worst when it comes to armor choices. They always end up looking like tiny pinheads with oversized troll arms. They suck. Warlocks and Hunters look dope in almost anything you find, but I haven’t seen a single Titan that looks good.

Please. The level of acting and overall execution in Hogan's Heroes were miles above anything found on Gilligan's Island.
