Men's hair grows faster?

Or is your point that woman are more attached to their hair than men? Because the Army exists to fight wars, not to preserve your heritage or sense of self.

Black men have to shave their heads.

Just make everyone shave their head or keep it less than 2 inches at the top. Problem solved.

Bonus: gets us one step closer to women in combat arms.

Well, it does seem to me that this article was kind of about men in the first place. Via lesbians, certainly, but still. I had understood "but what about the men?!" to be an accusation of derailment of discussions about women; e.g. A: "we need to stop violence against women!" B:"but what about violence against men?!"

Bu

Well no. That's not true. If a woman is mentioned in a negative light then the writer will be sure to remind the readers that it was "this" woman or simply use the singular "woman". I understand that the term "men" is purposeful in the context of this article, but you can't side step the way that continually

This is Jezebel. Common sense is not allowed here.

Huh. This article didn't end up being about what I expected. I thought you'd point out the millions of low-income women who have to work two or three jobs just to pay the rent—on top of caring for children, going to school, etc.

"Once upon a time, there was a lovely little sausage called Baldrick. And it lived happily ever after. The end."

I think you're thinking the invisible hand is an actual hand. The market has shown the popularity of women driven films and Hollywood still doesn't respond for a variety of reasons. Discussion in popular culture venues can help demonstrate that there is need.

Oh please. Extreme liberalism is based on just as much fantasy as extreme religion is. And it's based on just as much lying and corruption as extreme conservatism is. They're all personal belief systems, none are more valid than the others, no matter what your condescending ass would like to believe.

And what do you base this "guarantee" on? You can say that deeply religious people like to interject their beliefs into every conversation, but the same can be said about deeply liberal people. The fact that you wrote this scathing post about a woman just because she happened to express a worldview that did not match

I am super-duper liberal and not Christian, and I have no problem with her behavior. EVERYONE on DWTS is promoting something. I'll keep Cosmos, she can have DWTS.

Why is this really an issue? She was uncomfortable with the sex aspect of the dance; she did what she felt was a toned-down version and then discussed why she toned it down. Like, whatever, I'm not an uber-Christian or anything but a person's sexuality and their expression of same, whether they choose to flaunt it

LOL, my my, the irony is strong with this one. First you call me a racist for saying that the word racist is thrown around too loosely (and yes, that's exactly what you did), then you call me racist again for I'm not sure why, then you make a few actual, genuine racist comments of your own telling me to go buy a

Actually, what needs to stop is you and your boy who cried racism bullshit. The last time somebody implied I was racist was a few days ago. One of the Gawker sites, not sure which one, had an article about how much more money they were gonna spend to protect the border. Because my opinion is that enforcing our

Or it could be that people throw the word "racist" around so indiscriminately these days that you have to explain why something isn't really racist, no matter what Gawket would have you believe.

If you can't see that the rule "If you're accused of x, your denial is meaningless" has some chilling implications, you're either quite simple... or historically innocent. Or both.

Seems like something a communist witch would say...

I know Rumsfeld was skewered for that line, but... if you think about it it's actually not that stupid. Especially in the context of intelligence and security.

As usual, it's women doing the slut-shaming. He seems bemused more than anything else.
