I have noticed that there seems to be an over representation of blue eyes in film and TV. Are they more talented then their brown-eyed counterparts? How much of the white US population has blue eyes and what is their representation in Hollywood?

Black women are a minority in the US, so it makes sense that they would be less represented. Just like Asians, Eastern Indians, etc. Directors shouldn't cast a black woman solely for the purpose of casting a black woman. It should be about talent.
