I think the economics and implications of farm subsidies is probably above the head of most high school students. And at that point, they don't care, they just want to raise animals and farm. But you're right, when I taught vo-ag, most of the kids fell on the right side of the spectrum. That said, they were still

Yeah, but the OP made a sweeping blanket statement implying that religion goes hand in hand with child molestation, which is just not true.

True. In my experience, Protestants, even the non-evangelical variety (as I was raised), tend to be more insular and nuclear family based. Seventh Day Adventists are definitely more community minded and often set up home schools where there are instructors for different subjects.

It's obvious your reasoning skills are weak, so I'll try to keep it simple. When you say "goes hand in hand with" your are making a blanket statement about an entire group. I know, crazy right?

I can't wait to hear how FFA hates the poor and supports income inequality.

Yeah, self-respect and integrity are fucking terrible traits for a person to have.

Despite liberal claims, America is not a "melting pot." It's a stew with identifiable chunks in it. You are free to live your life as you chose and others are free to live life as they chose.

Just how non-religious can do the same thing?

The old "every religious person is a molester rapist" trope. That didn't take long.

I don't think there is a merit badge for Oreo cookie tasting or poorly written, snarky journalism.

But Jezebel's worldview is the only correct worldview. Is that so hard to understand?

Having worked with very religious, home-school Seventh Day Adventist students before, they are going to be just fine and likely do better than public schooled kids. I've yet to run across students as polite and intelligent as them. Chances are most of these kids have been doing missionary work for their entire lives

Because it doesn't align with Jezebel's worldview, which as we know, is the the only correct one.

Haha. I'm so banned from that playground of children.

Because we all know that the Supreme Court never gets something wrong...

As to more traditional gender roles, I'm fighting for the status quo. However, I am completely against the governmental institution of marriage. Marriage is something that happens at church. It is not the place of the government.

Oh, I am sure we have vastly different definitions.

I'm not so sure you know what a strawman is.

Your attitude is why I think this gay marriage fight is shit. It's fighting the wrong battle. We're asking the government to take away our liberty.
