To me, it would seem that the obvious thing to to would be to try to get next to it. Maybe even more importantly though, is this just a coincidence, or did he stumble upon something hiding in the ROM?

Hey Brian,
I really enjoyed Swords & Soldiers II at PAX Prine. I'm not even a big RTS fan, but the gameplay was engaging and fun.
I can agree with that.
That’s true. Indies are great about being open with their creative process. I think that’s a good part of the increased popularity of indie gaming lately. People get invested in watching an interesting game idea take shape. I know I’ve enjoyed the few indie games I’m backing, anyway.
Thanks for posting this Yannick. I love seeing the creative process behind games, and I wish developers would be more open with the concepts that led to their creation, like this.
Nice! I love the costume. Between him , Ultimate Spidey and Flash’s Venom, Marvel’s been cranking out some sweet designs lately. It’s amazing what good costume design can do for my interest in a super hero.
Totally understandable. I can’t imagine the number of hours of research that would have to go into painting a complete picture of any of Marvel’s characters. I appreciate the hell out of the coverage so far, each post gets me a little bit closer to devoting the time to catching up.
Thanks! I’ll look him up!
Thanks! If there’s one thing that makes comics difficult to keep up with, it’s knowing that you’re missing important chunks of the surrounding mythos. I’ve been out for so long the thought of starting up feels daunting.
Hey Evan,
I used to love cats. Then I moved in my (now ex) girlfriend and her four cats. Within months that number ballooned to nineteen. She had just happened to find fifteen kittens in need of good homes, so she decided—without consulting me—that we would harbor them.
These post both keep me interested in comics and remind me how far behind I am. The work of getting up to speed just makes me feel like it’s not worth it. That said, Secret Wars might just be the kick in the pants I need.
Wow. My brother would have killed me. My mistake was saying, “Wouldn’t it be cool if The Profound Darkness showed up at the end of the dungeon?”
Thanks! I’m really glad I could bring you back there. Having a brother is a special kind of bond.
Okay, this is probably the worst. When we were teenagers, my brother and I played Phantasy Star IV . It was his game, but he allowed me to play it under the condition that I’d never play past where he was at.
Oh I did. I commented as much when someone linked me to the schedule. Kinda excited to try it out tomorrow night now!
Ouch! My apologies.
