Last night, spokesperson for Justice Democrats Waleed Shahid responded on Twitter to Claire McCaskill, a former Senator who lost her race in the Midwest, who said that “free stuff from the government does not play well in the Midwest.”

A more accurate interpretation of Claire’s quote would be “free stuff from the government (for minorities) does not play well in the Midwest.” That part in parenthesis was implied, not spoken. After all she was a senator from a slave state. 

I mean, if you watch the video....the Pirates players seem to agree with you.  They want NONE of that Puig smoke.

What makes that moment even more satisfying is the truly pissed look that Warren carries through that statement, even at the end.

As a Minnesotan, I totally agree with Klobachur. Bless her, she’s a great senator for our state, but that’s her best role thus far. I can’t see her as an effective President the same way that Bernie, Warren, Harris, and Buttigieg could be.

Hard disagree on Buttigieg. The guy just continues to prove that he’s an empty suit, waiting to parrot whatever think tank talking points are delivered wirelessly to his CPU. 

CNN is not that clever.  They are constantly talking about how concerned they are that Warren and Sanders are too far to the left; I’m certain they wanted to give voice the loudest centrist possible.  Fortunately, it failed.
