Wow, both terrible, and if it is set up like most other rally's, not too surprising. Pretty scary how open the spectators are to speeding cars on the edge of control. My heart goes out to all involved.

give Ken Block credit, he got closer to Lewis Hamilton than Pastor Maldonado has all year.

Car is set up more for taking corners that way in general, and I'm guessing at least some of it is down to the "it's Ken Block" factor.
