I wish Viola had gotten into the Amanda Waller character by waking Leto up in his own bed, in his own house, and telling him she would have him assassinated if he didn’t behave.

To be fair, I wouldn’t have a problem if she’d stabbed Leto in the eye. He is playing a version of the Joker that differs from my mental image of the character, so he deserves death. DEATH!!!

For me, the more I read about how “ZOMG SO EGDY” Leto has been and how KERAZZY the production was on this film, the more it takes away from all of the goodwill the last (two?) trailer(s) have engendered. Ugh. Leto’s bullshit is why people roll their eyes when you mention “method acting.” It’s one thing to want to embody your character, it’s another to use that as an excuse to be a harassing jackass.

You literally just said why it’s bullshit, it made her feel uncomfortable outside of shooting. I think people might have found calling DDL Lincoln a little annoying but the cast and crew should be able to stay comfortable and focused on their own work without having to worry what the hell inane stunts the lead actors…

While filming “Gangs Of New York,” Daniel Day Lewis refused to answer to anyone who didn’t address him in character, to the point where Liam Neeson was almost ready to punch him when this carried over even into the goddamn bathroom.

I like to think that Leto’s fuckwitted pompousness is so prodigious it broke the laws of physics and caused him to get his face pulped in Fight Club more than a decade before he actually started doing it.

There’s method acting and then there’s idiocy. It’s probably a correct assumption to think she took it as bs. Lego sounds like a moron.
