See, here we’re in agreement. TG:A is awful. TG:US was better, but none came close to Old Top Gear or even Current UK Top Gear except for the occasional segment or two.

I thought TG America was ok, but had a little too much “Bill Fichtner goes over an older car” and not enough “describe what the star of the week is doing on the track as he/she goes along”. Don’t get me wrong, I *liked* the stuff Bill did, but they just needed a little less of that and a little more new car stuff for

Can we all agree that Eddie Jordan is bad at interviews?

I mean, I know Robert Kubica still needs loads more testing, needs to get back in the groove, but he’s a hotter commodity (hate that word) than Jolyon and can greatly help Renault in getting better.

I think you’ve nailed it. Redbull is a frontrunner that will be increasingly in competition with their “up and coming” current engine supplier. That is not a recipe for success. It’s a recipe for guaranteeing a future of b-spec engines.

Nice.

After today, maybe there’ll be an opening in a Force India. Although I don’t think they could afford Alonzo, maybe he’d be willing to take a pay cut to be able to actually finish races.

Actually Alonso doesn’t have Santander sponsorship anymore. Mclaren and Ferrari both got their sponsorships because of Alonso, but Santander have no contracts with him anymore.

Maybe Massa decides to retire for good this time? Still a good number of open seats next year (last I checked) so it will be interesting to see who goes where.

Alonso looked fed up with his lot, cannot do anymore with that Mclaren must be at breaking point alonso.

Yep! I’d love to see Alonso in a Williams. I think he’d have a good chance at podiums in a Williams.

That’s what the Top Gear website says.

That would be the Pagani Huayra, with a time of 1:13.8.

If I were a betting man, I’d put my money on this being a marketing gimmick.

no one cares about car anymore

Please go away.

and....so what? Why you are even trying to make this off-topic convoluted ‘point’

There’s plenty of money. They have sponsors after sponsors for the sport.

1. Drifting isn’t racing.

And doctor’s offices, airport lounges, nursing home rec areas. I assume these are the reasons for Fox’s numbers.
