Another one from London in "Brannigan" with John Wayne, "The Duke", behind the wheels of a Ford Capri.

London is another good candidate with car chases from dozens of movies like this one from "Robbery" (1967). Steve McQueen wanted the director of the movie (Peter Yates) to direct Bullitt.

Speaking of Nice and Monaco, this one is a car race and not a car chase from the 1st episode of the British series The Persuaders when Danny Wilde (Tony Curtis) and Brett Sinclair(Roger Moore) race to Monte-Carlo.

Montreal had some potential for some car chases scenes, like this one from the movie "A special Magnum alias Strange Shawdows in an Empty Room (1976). Some stock footage of that chase was recycled for the Geigo commercial "Do Dogs chase cats?". http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074083/

Favorite old-school Plymouths, lots of choices here.I'll go with the 1970-76 Duster, 1970 Barracuda, 1949-52 Plymouth, 1955-56 Plymouth. 1965-66 full-size Fury, 1970-71 Sport Fury GT, 1966-70 Belvedere/GTX/1968-70 Road Runner

Long before that, from 1970 to 1986, Ford-Europe got once the Capri (no relation with the Fox-body Capri or the early 1990s ragtop). The folks of the French website Caradisiac imagined a new Capri. http://www.caradisiac.com/Une-nouvelle-Ford-Capri-pour-2014-73783.htm

A bit off-topic, I spotted the following article about Hurricane Donna who hit NYC in 1960 who also included a vintage movie clip who also show some vintage cars of the era. http://www.theatlanticcities.com/neighborhoods/2012/10/what-11-foot-storm-surge-new-york-looked-1960/3728/

That's reminds me, Hyundai and Kia gained lots of popularity here in the Great White North. The old Pony, Excel and Stellar are distant memories and they gained some former Toyota and Honda customers.
