I wish they could do an updated edition of that book and add a chapter involving CR and C&D.

Meanwhile, the other part I read [www.autoblog.com] Seeing a Kia in front of the Accord-Camry in CR and it happened before the Cubs win the World Series.

We might now include another factor with the recent earthquake who happened in Japan for the 2014-2015 horizon to see how the used cars prices will do then.

After we get the 2 Series, 4¾ Series, etc....;-)

I guess what didn't helped things for the full-size Ford was the abandon of the round rear tailights while the Falcon introduced the same year got them and Ford bring back them for 1961. While Chevrolet toned down the rear gull wings, Plymouth got an akward front end and keeping a silouette similar to 1957 while Dodge

Now playing

In the topic of Dodge Colt. I spotted some vintage ads from the era. Here a 1973 ad.

Do you think then the current Challenger could be use as a base for the Javelin/AMX remake?

Chrysler plans to bring back the Viper for 2013, strange then he didn't mention that detail?

Same for me, althought that Roumanian oddity, the Dacia 1310 pick-up was derived from the old Renault 12 Picture founded at [www.forum-auto.com]

I guess he wants to prove then he's better then Kwame Kirkpatrick and Coleman A. Young to screw things, lol. ;-)

Not only they dropped the Ambassador but also the Javelin/AMX for '75. Ironically, they tried to revive the Hornet sales with a Hornet AMX for '77. Strange they didn't taught of using the Ambassador moniker for the "smaller" Matador sedan and wagons.

One more "what if..." on the table. What if AMC continued the Javelin for 1975. I spotted this pic of a "what if" 1975 AMC Javelin at [www.javelinamx.com]

That design would had helped the Gremlin. Also, if the Matador was redesigned with a "notchback style" and going to the personnal luxury coupe market or being a sort of Ford Granada/Mercury Monarch fighter. Things might had been different.

On the other hand, as I mentionned at [jalopnik.com] with Ford trying to have a small "personnal luxury coupe" below the T-bird, I wondered if Ford knew about Chevrolet's incoming Monte Carlo for 1970, hence the Grande, trying to beat Chevy by a punch?
