Yeah, but in the comics she went through awful things too and still managed to not let it define her. That is basically what Sara admitted, her past defines her. Maybe she will shake that off?

Yeah, that's pretty much not what heroism is. Heroism is what Ollie is doing, albeit imperfectly. It's not letting your circumstances define you.
