Pym is great, he's like a mentally unstable Tony Stark+Reed Richards hybrid.

And what is up with his, "No, this is just a secret between us, Skye"? I feel like the way they shot that scene was trying to set him up to be really unstable.

In the preview for Secret Avengers #1, I found Spider-Woman to be written very silly and looking kind of Skye-ish. But I was looking at it through suspicious, narrowed eyes.

The fight at the end of Iron Man was so boring and so needless in its use of CGI. I felt like they had to have the obligatory vs. fight when it really wasted the ending. Same with Cap.

He doesn't seem like the kind of guy that would act like that, but I guess he could have some alien hatred after Battle of New York.

What if the test tube Kree was Skye's pa?

I really love the first 1/2 of the Captain America movie. The second was rote formula. I would say the exact same thing of Thor 1 and Iron Man 1 as well.

They said a number of times it wasn't SHIELD. I'm sure they're a friendly. But probably, Fury just used them for his own purposes, that's what Fury does. It all comes down to whether you think he's corrupt or not, which I'm sure the Cap sequel is going to address.

Yep. They've squandered a lot of opportunities and character building moments for cardboard filler. This show has no internal logic. I don't expect real logic, just for it to follow its own rules.

Something clearly happened to him when he was Kree-juiced, though. He saw "stars".

I am kind of wondering if Coulson's wacky emotionalism and addiction to serving Skye have to do with his little Kree injection? Like, if he is sort of "programmed to protect" genetically?

Birds of Prey, sounds like Huntress, Felicity and Black Canary team up!

Maybe she is not good. Or maybe she agreed with Fury to play double agent to the loser high ups in SHIELD? The little cabal that Fury talks to in the Avengers movie. I kind of don't care, really, she's boring.

They are not the A-team, but they are not sold out to SHIELD which is why Coulson was revived by Fury, and why he let him have this team.

They're obviously not the best SHIELD has to offer. They are SHIELD leftovers that Fury let Coulson cobble together, because he's so pure, and SHIELD is corrupt.

The guards probably knew nothing, but I'm sure the writers never gave that a thought.

Jaime talked about how she had to train the actress playing Lor for the fight scene and she was "game" but just shows you how bad the direction on this show is.

I have also thought that maybe the Kree were protecting her and hid her on Earth, and she is not actually a Kree but something else.

Excellent

Yes, what is with the blandness? Why are we having fights in the honeycomb room on the ship all the time? Expensive set? Also, the direction is often quite mediocre. Sometimes it reminds me of the A-Team from the 80s, but less fun.
