The NYX eyeshadow base in white pearl has some sheer shimmer and isn't bad at holding shadow and liner on. It's like $8ish and I like it better than the urban decay (heresy, I know). It's a decent alternative to a product that is never going to be perfect no matter the brand.

Thank you, came here to say this. If you live in the tri state area, this is pure gold. Greg is an absolute donkey (but a lovable donkey) and Rosanna is his hilariously put-upon and often visibly annoyed keeper. There are a guaranteed dozen of cringeworthy moments each morning, if not each hour.
