I worked in restaurants all throughout my 20's. Sexual harassment is a part of the job, so much so that, as both CA Pinkham and the woman in this story say, you just grow accustomed to it being a part of the job, ESPECIALLY from the kitchen staff. I have this strange feeling even typing this, that just acknowledging

Yaaaay thank you so much for this reccomendation!

Also, just wanted to say, it's not a dumb question at all. Skin care can be confusing, and different regimens work for different people :)

sadly, I think that they know this information won't be majorly in the public's purview, so they can just get away with it for as long as possible. Many of the regular customers of these restaurants will probably have no awareness of it, and/or not care. It's sad. After working in restaurants throughout my 20's and

thanks :) I'm just looking for a vitamin c/ferulic serum. I've been using benefit triple oxygen exglowsion moisturizer and Estée lauder night repair serum at nite, and Lancome serum during the day, but I'm done with the bottle and don't think its worth it, and have read so much great stuff about the vitamin c

Do you have any knowledge or opinions on the really expensive skinceuticals serum vs less expensive brands? I've been debating this (in my head) heavily lately on whether I should just majorly splurge or try a less pricey one if they're good.

makeup wipe first. If you have dry or sensitive skin, it MAY be better to just rinse your face with water or a chemical exfoliant or a very mild cleanser, and then toner, serum, moisturizer, etc as normal.

I'm in love with your screen name/kinja handle/whatever the fuck the kids are calling it.

a lot. And they're all scientologists.

makeup vs. sex is a real problem in my life, and I stared at that question for a good two minutes before I picked one. I spend a good half hour and many eyeliners and eye shadows to achieve my sex eyes, and, post coital, look like the crying drunk girl yelling at her boyfriend (without the yelling). It's a cruel game.

Honestly, I think this state should and will be liable for any and all negative health implications caused by this "procedure", and handsome emotional distress judgements if it doesn't work. Fuck them.

Those flies are assholes.

I've tried the holes-in-plastic-wrap trick, and I can confirm it works very well, and is also satisfying in an evil way.

I know it can seem daunting, and believe me, until i was 26/27, I didnt even so much as wash my face on a daily basis. Then some shit got real, and I begrudgingly began my quest. First of all, you're already taking steps, which is great. If that moisturizer isnt doing what you want after a month or two, switch it. I

This is just great. I love it.

I get very frustrated reading reviews of skin care products, because many people don't include the very vital information if their age range, skin type, sensitives and also what goals they'd like to achieve with their skin care, if applicable. A 28 year old with oily acne prone skin is not going to benefit from the

Origins GinZing. It's not a concealer or a cream, it's sort of a little of both - it has mica flecks in it to reflect light (and as such kind of can be seen on bare skin, but not a lot), caffeine to de-puff, and ginseng for...I don't know. Whatever ginseng does. It's the closest thing to a cream that, in my opinion,
