I couldn’t recall who Peck was for the life of me so I wiki’d him and see this at the end of the entry:

they’re conflating his behavior with child rapists by putting them in the same conversation

I watched it. I didn't think he was a sexual predator just a asshole boss.

I haven’t seen this,  but I was more under the impression that he was just a shitty boss.

I hope this gets better. I could barely read the subtitles, since many of them were against white or pale backgrounds. I’m still recovering from the fiasco that was “The Regime,” which occupied the same HBO time slot previously.

Just terrible. My father died the same way

None of this matters. Just a bunch of celebrities jerking each other off, saying the right thing in public to get a pat on the back from their other rich and famous friends and bunch of dorks on Twitter. None of you actually give a shit about any of this, just lefty performance art. Eat a dick.

God, the last thing we need is more celebrities thinking they matter to anything but whatever project they happen to be working on at the time.

Plenty of Jews have expressed compassion for the Palestinian victims and contempt for Israel’s policies.

Here’s what the headline should have been:

I just hope it doesn’t end up a Megaflopolis.

This is kind of an embarrassing interview for her... and then sucking up to the more famous Ortega at the end. Yikessss.

very sad to discover the comments were only temporarily removed from the site. I thought I was free from this hell.

Connery, Lazenby, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan, Craig. That’s six.

A win for traditionailism! Great to finally see DEI based casting finally fading away.

You don’t have to take either side. You can root for the demise of them all.

There were also rumors that she was saying transphobic things around Pedro (whose sister is trans). She was warned by her agent and Disney multiple times to stop tweeting and saying stupid shit. She was given three chances to change, and she decided that standing up for her right to be an ignorant moron was more

Oppenheimer was pretty pointedly not nominated for Best Visual Effects.

The Batman skit and Ryan Gosling’s performance of I’m Just Ken were the two highlights of the night for me. Al Pacino’s moment was painful - he’s clearly not entirely with us anymore, and bringing him out was a bad choice.

Ain’t no rule that says a dog can’t win an Academy Award.
