True, but satellite/cable doesn’t replace your DVR content with an on-demand equivalent, thereby forcing you to watch commercials.  That’s YTTV’s biggest con.

I think this is the actual outworking of all of this: make it hard enough for people to get you product, make them do without it for a while... and hey, they tend to realize they can just do without it.

This sort of talk is just absurd.  As if masses of people are going to show up with guns to keep him in office?  Is this what Liberals talk about on Saturday evenings while holding a cup of tea?

Friends don’t let friends use inkjet printers.

I had a job like that in when I was in my late 20s. Kept telling my supervisor (a VP) that we needed more help and that I kept working more and more hours and we’re still falling further behind. Her response was that she works until midnight most nights.

My experience is just my experience. But I’ve found a world of difference in employee support between the corporate world and not. I’m not saying that non-profits are great at it, but at least it’s not what you describe here, which matches my experience at a large for-profit.

Weird because I just pre-ordered one.

Apparently great minds think alike!

Sorry.  You should tell me to do better things. : P

No.

It’s 2020, can we finally be done with slideshow articles?

I remember Youtube TV being $35 a month when it launched. Now that I think of it, they were probably just lowballing their competitors to grow their user base.

You know what would be a decent way to end all this shit?

No, I’m siding with DragonBreath on this one. His title is far more accurate. The article sure doesn’t make it clear that none of its suggestions will work with the OS, and thereby phones, used by Most People.

Since “most people” don’t use Android, how about a real post about which smartwatch is best for most people?
