While I cant speak for 4 (that seems to be the breaking point for some people), Kiwami was alot of fun.

To me, Yakuza reminds me a lot of Shenmue but done right. You have 4 different fighting styles you can switch between and it has rpg lite elements like experience and gear.

This is me now that Sega is re-releasing them again. I dont think 3-5 are getting the Kiwami treatment though, just ports.

Im pretty glad its free. I only played the demo on Xbox 360 but I wasn’t too big into FPS’s back then, but since then Doom and Wolfenstein changed that.

Ya im still playing 0. At first I had stopped since I had just finished Kiwami and Kiryu’s area is pretty much the exact same with a few different things. When I got to Majima’s chapter thats when I was hooked. Now im just doing sub stories before moving the story along...but then RDR 2 came out so it might be awhile…

I am so so happy everyone can now play Yakuza Kiwami! I love that Sega has been pushing the series a lot more now then when it was on ps2/3.

Yes I do know how to call my horse. But if you also pay attention you would know the whistling has a range that increases as you bond with the horse. I was not in range and the game made sure to tell me.

I never played that one but this entire time I thought travor was after simon but it was the other way around.

I was expecting season 2 to be about them exploring the castle, fighting shit all the way up to dracula’s tower.

Honestly some things could be explained better in RDR 2. Once I finished a mission and I was very far from my horse. I forgot about that. I just remembered in Shenmue it was used to count the number of people you knocked out during the 70 man battle royale at the end.

Ya I think I raised a few chao on it, but when the battery died it just became a memory card.

The VMU. It got used for some games, like sonic adventure and Resident Evil, but not sure what else.

I was expecting something more updated, like having analog controls instead of the old tank controls. Its my fault but also sony’s fault since they removed the PS2 Classics menu so now all the games are mixed together with other ps4 releases.

I woke up at 3am to buy rdr2 (my paycheck goes in at 3am) and put my ps4 right back in rest mode. Thats my weekend with maybe a bit of Pokemon Ultra Moon.
