Here you go. This is pretty cool. For $50K you can have a pre-2000 nascar or for between $90-$150 you can have a pretty modern nascar.

It’s being invested in companies... if he had a buddy give him investment advise how would that be any different... Companies need investors to grow and bring you better products or services. How is this bad? Just because he didn’t give it to some needy kid or some charity which would spend the vast amount on BS…
Uh huh... I mean, I’m just working with cars as a day job. That includes everything from full restorations to building track cars.. I think you’d be surprised what I know..
I think it’s beautiful. I love that profile.
Yeah, from what I have heard now is these diesel bros aren’t even tuning. They just make or buy a smoke switch that trips up the computer to run the engine super rich... so yeah, waste of fuel big time, and definitely not cool. It’s probably one of the dumbest things I’ve heard of in the automotive aftermarket.
Yeah, I know what you mean. We used to see much better fuel economy after a proper tune, even with a big turbo setup. But of course that could also change very quickly when you start getting hard into boost.
I guess these diesel guys are using smoke switches instead of tunes though. I had never heard of that... That…
I see. I had never heard of smoke switch till now. That is ridiculous.
So basically you don’t know what you’re talking about. I drive a ‘14 Grand Cherokee.. and I’ve never heard of a smoke switch.. The only diesels I’ve been around that blow smoke are tuned to make a metric fuck-tonne of power. I also wasn’t defending them. I literally said it was a serious question, to see what you guys…
How is it really any different than tuning a car? I mean, if I put on a race map, or even street map, there is no way I would pass emissions... when it’s time for emissions, I just set my tuner to “emissions ready” and I’m good to go.
If you chip your truck to tow your boat up hills more efficiently, then you will get some smoke.. If people get tickets every time they tow a trailer or boat up a hill that would be pretty fucking dumb.
Well, yeah, but with a tuner you can tune your car/truck, then when it’s time to pass emissions, you just have your tuner put your car in ready mode or “emissions ready” and you go pass with flying colors... then switch back to your tune after. Yeah the coal rollers suck, but in order to stop them.. you also have to…
Pretty much what we did with the Forced Air Technologies drift WRX. RWD converted, JDM engine installed and then supercharged and turbocharged. Our setup had the supercharger on a clutch system so it was using the supercharger until the turbocharger was at optimal boost, then it just let the turbo do it’s thing. I…
Well.. really he calls that “small attempts at asymmetry”. If someone attempts to do a backflip and lands on their head, did they still do a backflip? haha
I’m not saying you’re wrong. For me personally though, true asymmetry would have to be something a bit more noticeable, and not look completely symmetrical from…
I’m on your level. It’s awesome, and the gif is nuts
It’s very simple. “It’s fun”.
Well this looks fantastic.
With arguments that are basically like “Yeah it’s legal.. but.. it shouldn’t be because it’s so fast”.
Has to be marketing. This only serves to make the Demon seem more badass.
“they crashed into a guardrail, spun 180 degrees and were hit by another car head on”
