yeah, i dunno i'm kinda with you. not that i don't think that being a good mother is a rewarding life in and of itself, but i wonder if these women had dreams outside of raising a family and if they got to achieve them later on.
maybe it's because it was in the northeast, but at the all-girl catholic high school i went to they taught us the virtue of condoms in health class. no teen pregnancies here.
utopia is so gorgeous and disturbing.
as much as i looooved nathan on the show, i really have come to appreciate rudy. his turn(s) in s04e03 was amazing and they need to forget about the new kids and focus more on him.
best prison library in new england, complete with a fine selection of hank williams.
oh, i agree that it is, but again, i think that was the point. your disappointment mirror's elijah's; both elijah and the audience has found their hero, but we'll never get to see him in action.
i'm not sure if i would say i liked SIGNS, but i do agree with this assessment of it. i don't believe in god, but what he's trying to accomplish makes sense. i certainly wouldn't put it on the level of THE HAPPENING.
i actually thought that was the whole point of UNBREAKABLE. the whole time mr. glass is trying to set up this epic comic book battle between the two of them but, in the end (especially after realizing all of those unnecessary deaths were in service of establishing said rivalry), david dunn is not going to play.
oh snapz, good catch.
GLITTER AND GOLD JEM!!!!

when i was a kid and people cursed on tv, my mom would tell me that "they're just getting paid to say that."
also...the typical british "series" isn't conducive to an american "season." whenever they remake british shows they always tack on more episodes.
have never used it myself, but i've been able to look through it and watch the lady on the left take portraits with it. they were all pretty straightforward, so no manipulating the good, but it's still one of the coolest things i've seen.
save me, barry!!!
wait. is the "lolmets" tag gone from deadspin?
yeah, except almost everyone projects dcp now, not 35mm. so you would just have to send out totally different hard drives to each theater.
wow how did no one notice this?
frakking cylon.
