It's a 2009-2011 KIA SORRENTO. The two-tone styling with the lower paneling being dark grey. The tail lights match, and the dark rear-view mirrors seem to synch up as well. Also - The roof rack and rear antenna above the lift gate on the roof match very closely.

My gut reaction to this image is that it is a Lincoln Mark VIII. Long, sleek and the tail lights seem very similar to that of a mark viii. Though the angle, distortion / blurring of the photo and other factors could just be altering the profile enough to make it appear this way.
