That was my first reaction too, but apparently they’re all 28-33. Hollywood is so weird and has broken our brains.

Do you remember the trailer for the upcoming comedy Girls Trip? In it, Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, Regina…
Is it really “mainsplaining” if the topic is decidedly something which men would have insight into and women would not?
As the father of a 4 month old (just one), I’m nodding along with all of these. Great article, Stephen.
One great thing for me about playing games while watching my daughter: the Zelda theme makes her smile.
I get literally the opposite message. I don’t want to have kids now, not the right time, but to one day introduce them to games and books I like, and pay together with them most be wonderful.
Damn. Just watching this reminded me of how insanely powerful the first game made you feel, and it looks like they’ve expanded the abilities in some really cool ways. I also wasn’t expecting the whole battle-simulation angle. Looks really cool!
I’m under the impression that what they showed was specifically a fortress attack, and there are a number of fortresses in the world that you have to have a strong army to be able to take over. I would think the rest of the game is more like the open world part of the original, and you go around mostly solo, building…
Shadow of Mordor was my first big “wow” moment on my PS4. I frigging LOVED the game. It ticked a lot of boxes for me. I can’t wait for this one. The idea of taking down customized forts and then setting them up as my own sounds really fun.
It’s always interesting that the previous game essentially have you play a mind-raping undead monster while the orcs were given very ambition, preferences and fears. Sounds like this game continues to make Talion more monstrous and the orcs more ‘human’.
Fell beasts are not dragons.
Sounds like a natural expansion of the system. I’m glad they’re leaning hard into the fan-fiction territory here. Shadow of Mordor was juuuuust close enough to canon that I was really thrown off by the ending.
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor was a game about guerrilla warfare... and also falling in love with orcs. By…
So bonkers that it’s actually true, David Ferguson along with Brent Kobayashi head up the art in the game.
Looks a loooot like the art style from the Adventure Time ep “Water Park Prank” that had a guest artist. How bonkers would it be if they had a hand in making Loot Rascals?
He’s the heart and soul, along with Demetri Martin, of We Bare Bears, a show that glads my heart every time I see it!
GM announced today that they are doing away with third shift work in Lansing, Michigan. This puts about 11,000 people out of work.
8.25" hand here. For me, the joy-cons have the best response in the controller grip (nice and springy), feel the most natural attached to the screen in portable mode (akin to N3DS clickiness), and are a bit of a chore to hold individually. Seriously, look at how that thing just gets lost in there. I have to rest it on…
After only a weekend, I’m still forming my opinions about the Nintendo Switch, but I do know that I love the Joy-Con…
Destiny 2, the sequel to a video game in which you travel through space, wishing for Destiny 2.
