The goddess of death (Hel) is pretty different from the literal Aspect of Death. In marvel comics, Death is a cosmic entity, which we know exist in the MCU due to references in Dr. Strange (like, the Living Tribunal.) If anything, Hela would be like a lieutenant in the Service of Death itself.
