I’ve always read that having proper zinc and vitamin c levels helps prevent getting colds, but neither of them do anything if you already get a cold. Meaning taking something like Emergen-C or a zinc supplement when your nose is already running won’t do anything.

In my personal experience when I have allowed ad targeting it is fucking useless. It seems to be such a waste of money since all it does is get me to try and buy stuff I already bought. Do I need ads for that? No.
