Yeah, I really love the vita as a JRPG machine. The elements of JRPGS that I can often find infuriating, namely grinding and random battles, don't bother me on Vita for some reason.

While Yuna is missing you can't but once you rescue her from Beville you can start again, even though the world thinks you murdered a Maester
Or that time your dad travelled into the future and turned into a giant whale that can destroy the world so he sent his best friend back in time to bring you into the future so you could kill him and put him out of his misery
All I want in life is a vivi plushy.
On the contrary the most romantic part of VII was definitely all of the incestuous chocobo loving that went down in my quest for Knights of the Round
My plan is usually to get that spell that fills your limit meter and break the game
Always meant to, but I haven't owned an nintendo console in a while and never got around to it.
I hope every day that it will happen. I haven't replayed in a while and i am totally prepared to sink another 100 hours into that game
You do have a fair point, I think I would rank 6, 12, 7, and 8 higher than it. But it is probably the most consistent story of any game since 6 (besides maybe 12, which is my favorite so I may be biased)
Wait…there's a game in FFVIII outside of triple triad?
Downvoted for not being XII because I am a natural contrarian.
Young me always went with Tifa because she had the most well rounded…..personality.
On replay i usually go with Yuffie or Barett, becase the scenes are just so delightful.
"We've been branded traitors by Yevon and all cities have been ordered to kill us on sight!….time to head to the largest city in Spira and play the most popular sport in the world in front of a giant crowd!"
Oh god, I waste so many hours of my life in that game. Maybe I should be grateful that it doesn't actually exist.
Not nearly as bad as triple triad though.
I'm currently replaying X and I had some how blocked the awkward laughing from my memory entirely…good god. If there was ever a case for not having voice acting in Final Fantasy, that scene is it.
I wish FFX had the same system as FF7 when deciding the date. You have the dialogue options to flirt with Rikku or Lulu, why not let me date them? Or better yet, awkward swimming and hugging to jpop with Wakka, Auron, or better yet Kimhari.
There are a couple awesome in gamr lore books about homosexuality in Thedas.
This is what i love about the way Dragon Age does it. In Mass Effect or Kotor or even in non bioware morality based games i usually abuse the system because the game works best that way. Though I love Mass Effect, I don't like how the game gates content by a certain morality level. They tell you to make choices as…
Beating Ornstein and Smough at Soul Level 1…just did it like an hour ago and I'm still pumped
