Yeah, I really love the vita as a JRPG machine. The elements of JRPGS that I can often find infuriating, namely grinding and random battles, don't bother me on Vita for some reason.

You do have a fair point, I think I would rank 6, 12, 7, and 8 higher than it. But it is probably the most consistent story of any game since 6 (besides maybe 12, which is my favorite so I may be biased)

I'm currently replaying X and I had some how blocked the awkward laughing from my memory entirely…good god. If there was ever a case for not having voice acting in Final Fantasy, that scene is it.
