It was a spider, kinda thought that the whole post being about spiders would clarify that, sorry.

I'd take it, but I've already got one and have nowhere to put it. This makes me sad.

Friend of mine was bit while driving his P.O.S. Cavalier, veered to the right and hit the curb. Hard. Tire hit the fender and twisted it. Now there's 100 and 1 things wrong with that damn car.

You know, in case you didn't know it was a Mustang...

Dammit! I have to stop reading comments at work!

Can you imagine welding in that? All those little molten beads of metal flying everywhere? Then again, just break out the skin-tight leather. Not latex, that shit melts way too easy.

Actually, looking at the rear subframe just behind the engine, the entire motor is moved about 1-1/2" to the left. I don't entirely know why, but I think it has something to do with the driveshaft starting at the front and travelling down the side of the motor.

I think he got out to try to get into the 'vette again, but the vette drove off. cop musta went behind the car

This is easily my most favorite video in a while. Saw it on a Mustang forum I frequent a week ago or so, and it still gives me wonderful spine chills

I also think alot of the desire would be in weight savings that make for a quick, nimble car. Maybe shed a good 75 lbs off the nose, make a great autocrosser

For everyone else's clarification, MOI means Moment Of Inertia, or the effort required to spin an object about an axis. You are welcome.

Hmm, no weight in the middle, all that weight at the ends, it'll have to use a bunch of trick differential work on all four wheels to overcome that huge moi. Speaking of moi, my school had a band by the same name. We're all engineers, if you haven't guessed.

Looks like someone left a big, steaming pile of "meh"

Let's see, I've got two Mustangs, a '94 GT and a '65 V8.

I am quite brand loyal to Ford, but I still have a great deal of respect for any well-built cars. A well-tuned RX-7, Supra, or GT-R will get my attention any day. Hell, even an S2000 I can respect. It's just all those Civics and Corollas that ruin it for everyone else.

Call me diehard, or stupid (either or), but I'm still driving my 'Stang through the snow. Good snow tires make all the difference

Reminds me of the time I got stuck in Wyoming on the freeway about four years ago. 2-3 foot snow drifts, with 1 foot of snowfall. I managed to get a 4wd Explorer stuck. That's what I get for saying "but it's 4wd, it can't get stuck..."

@Wrathernaut: It really is the back that gets me. Asymmetry just doesn't work on cars

I present to you, the Nissan Cube.

Mustangs in road racing! Huzzah! Doubt they'd let this guy race, though.
