Is Swatting actually illegal? I’m not attempting to debate if it should be or not but I recall a year or two ago there being multiple debates around creating laws against it as there was nothing on the books at that time.

Oh come on, the statues are not THAT expensive. I’m not saying they are cheap, just that they’re reasonable for the detail and comparable to something that size to show off in a house be it a statue, fancy picture thing, etc. (I will concede to the Dva price being on the expensive side, but to be fair you were not…
The best (worst) part about the whole thing is even people on this discussion are convinced that the people holding this sign are racist.
I’m skeptical that you’re reading Chrome’s memory usage correctly. As mentioned by others each tab and window is it’s own process. If you’re using a single window and tab this usage sounds correct. They both have their advantages, I use Chrome primarily at work and Firefox at home, but I find it very hard to believe…
I disagree with your opinion but I will say you’ve given the best definitions of various activities. This is something every single ESPN personality has failed to do. They lean on the OPs definitions which are vague and contradict themselves. You should apply there, you clearly have a much better idea of what a sport…
Yeah I believed it at the time because I myself was once such a noob at the game that I also did very similar things and had only recently began to understand the game. It didn’t seem that farfetched someone would be that bad.
This is strange, this is literally the exact opposite of what Heroes of the Storm is doing. They’re adding in individual performance metrics to calculate how much a game’s win or loss effects you.
It doesn’t really matter, you shouldn’t expect to get any benefits if a company goes under. The exception to this is government benefits like unemployment.
Yes the company may be obligated to pay, but if they are going bankrupt and cannot pay their obligations it’s irrelevant. You can try and sue, but they are going…
If you were putting on a designer hat you would know that you do not punish to encourage behavior, you reward to encourage behavior. Mark Brown’s Game Designer Toolkit covered this wonderfully.
For example in World of Warcraft, Blizzard wanted to encourage players not to play too much, so they added an XP penalty if…
All I can say is you must be really young. I did cave to this type of peer pressure when this type of difficulty selection was common. I would think, I’m not a baby and select hard difficulties. At that time I was between 8-10.
Now I see it and think, that’s cute and select the difficulty I think is right for me…
“‘Pokemon Go’ players leave condoms, heroin needles Lake Park, neighbor says”
Uh...I didn’t see it personally but I am willing to bet this is the type of person who jumps to wild conclusions.
Lets not forget he reported them multiple times each and the added the comment “fuck you” to every report.
The report system is fine to use in the next game, but the comments are for Blizzard. In this case he was literally saying fuck you to Blizzard. It’s pretty clear he was spamming reports.
You literally only need to type IE into the search bar at the bottom to find it. The past few companies I have worked for required it for the company intranet as it’s the only browser left that supports protocols that are security issues for the average user but fine for more savvy users or for trusted sites.
Given that the Switch is already not the most powerful machine on the market and I doubt it was designed with video recording in mind from the begining, I do not want this feature even enabled. I love my Switch but if Zelda performed any worse than it does now I would not find it enjoyable.
Finishing Shadow of War, currently at 85% completion, and probably jumping back into Pavlov VR.

Wouldn’t it have already been apart of the court record? He would have had to have known already even if he can’t read because it would have been read aloud in court.
Wait, people vocalize the dot? I’ve always called it Battlenet.
Coming from Kotaku, I literally read Esports like 3 times before realizing what it really said.
Pretty high value considering people are playing the game to this date and there is a remake coming out that likely will use a lot of the same code.
It opens the door for all sorts of hacks to be made as one could find every single security flaw. Also companies tend to reuse as much work as possible, so things like the…
