You realize we have to tell people to wear seat belts, and not text and drive. Banning semi auto functions would more than likely not have any effect on vehicle deaths and accidents in my opinion.

It doesn’t matter how much faster the Toyota teams are, because they’ll just blow a tire within the last mile of the final lap. Or some other unlikely event like getting struck by lightning forcing the vehicle’s electronics into limp mode.

Adaptive cruise control in all the new vehicles I’ve used it in from different makes has this same flaw. If you have cruise set to around 40mph or higher: if there is a car stopped (or going slow enough) in your path the vehicle will not react in time to properly stop before hitting the stationary/slow moving vehicle.

Exactly. This is a great set up. Just too lacking for the RS naming IMO.

It doesn’t even make as much power as the Previous 997 RS 3.8. And I’m not arguing it’s not a nice set up, but if Porsche made a Cayman GT4 RS I feel it would have more refinement and updated parts.

I don’t feel that GT4 RS is an appropriate title for this car. I know changing the gears in the transmission is a tall task; however, other than that everything else is on the level of bolt ons modifications. Great car I’m sure, but lacking for the RS title in my opinion.
