Long story short I think it’s stupid car to own for what you have to spend, and there are many other cars that can deliver the same experience. Tell your friend I’m sorry to hear that he owns one.

You wouldn’t be able to say you own a Mclaren F1. I’m with you though. Especially once I found out that these things cost $100k+/year for upkeep. I’ll pass on that and buy cars I will actually enjoy driving and not worry.

But really I can understand the backlash. Especially since it was a Dodge Challenger that was apart of the crime. From a car guys point of view we get and know the two aren’t related, but if you’re not into cars I can see how this could seem like Dodge is trying to get some publicity out of the murder. Bad move on…

This is one of the grosses showings of wealth. I’m all for spoiling yourself, but the same quality paint job can be had for much less.

Depending on production and sales of future GT350s I think they will hold strong value for a while, before they start to appreciate again.

I’ve been feeling this was something that could work since the 488 specs were released. The 488 being the new Ferrari staple mid engine car has left room (horse power wise) for a watered down version of it.

Looking at your user name tells me the same thing. It’s cool if you like LFAs, but why would I want a non competitive over priced sports car with a piss poor automatic transmission over a faster super car that cost less?
