i’ll play Devil’s Advocate, and say that technically, Patrick was still correct.
They are too heavy. But mainly the issue is no Pilot Sport Cup tires on them, and they haven’t spent months tweaking the cars just for that one lap at Nurburgring for marketing purposes.

The Renegade’s rated at 22 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway. In 10 days of mixed driving, I averaged about 24 MPG. Not too bad overall.
