Great idea. This is hard.

Correction: GT is actually “Giant Turd” in this context.

He calls that a collection? Pffft!

These are all lame. I knew a guy in highschool who swapped a Ferrari F40 V12(!) engine into his Corrolla. It was a total sleeper, his dad even put a custom exhaust on to make it look and sound stock. Total sleeper.

I am totally ok with owning an auto when I drive a truck. The save the manual club doesn’t apply to trucks to me.

OK, then, how about "This Ugly GTO Might Go Cheap." I think that fits.

So, the headline should really be:

That's because they are worthless the moment you drive away from the dealers!

What makes you think it's "cheap?" Yeah, the current bid is $6350, but the reserve isn't met yet, and there's no buy it now, so that $6350 number is pretty meaningless.

Honestly, the new 1.8 TSI is a fantastic engine. I’d probably spring for that instead of the TDI, it’s really just a few tweaks from some serious horsepower. Definitely red paint, though. The wagons always look sexy in red.

k c < col Hiiiiiii Friends....’my friend’s mom makes $88 every hour on the internet . She has been unemployed for eight months but last month her payment was $13904 just working on the internet for a few hours.

Not to mention the fact that the load floor is much higher than I want to lift a fully loaded cooler.

I actually like the way the 12C looks. It’s understated and handsome; that should be respected.

I'd say that the plaid seats are the only thing about the GTI that would make me want it over a Focus ST.

I'm waiting for Tavarish to tell you what you could've bought instead in 3...2...1...

Ummmm... In 2004 I purchased a 1969 Porsche 911 for $6K

I've had someone offer me $30K cash for the car this month. (He seriously had a handful of $100 bills! Never seen anything like it...)

I won't sell it because it's continuing to appreciate. This car has proved to be an investment.

(For new cars you're 100% right)

Anyone that uses the word "investment" when it comes to purchasing a car, I immediately write off as completely clueless.

I've been saying this since they started selling the new ones. Nothing special.
