except that us spec cars have different trunks from European cars. our usdm cars are designed for us plates. the stance nation crowd will either just throw a euro one on top of the tiny American mount or go super euro and buy a European trunk with the long opening to fit their euro plate. both ways are stupid as fuck…

you go to the dmv and register your car, they give you two American license plates

once you bring your car here it should have American tags. it is illegal to have incorrect license plates on your car. leave the euro plate mount if you want but take off the euro tag youre not in Europe any more this is America
