Quick question,  were there spikes for the Snowball Derby, Daytona 500, 12 hrs of Sebring, and Homestead race? All these events in Florida I was wondering if they created spikes too.

It depends on the vehicle with mileage and age

There is some precedent. In the fall of2012 Keselowski got a nice $25k fine for having a phone in his car and tweeting during a red flag at Phoenix. That’s just tweeting inside the car while the race is stopped. After that incident he never carried the phone in his car again. To me this is worse. I’m not saying fine
