185 is pretty much the standard size for a modern advanced+ all mountain ski, it isn't a few people at all, certainly not in the Rockies 

Certainly wouldn’t fit a pair of skis. You can see that snowboards JUST fit diagonally, and those are around 170cm at the absolute most... So I guess if you’re very short you could get your skis in these but there’s no way an average ski is going to fit... and I ski a 194
