Muslim is not how Ansari self identifies; his religion is of no consequence.

I am loving Denise, too; she pretty much steals the scenes she's in; she is a solid woman friend for Dev, with a playful sense of humor.
I'm not much of a fan of always wearing a giant cap, sure; but I recognize that is sort of my deal, not Denise's. She can wear whatever she wants, right?
LOL
Plus, it's great how Dev

I just want to reinforce just how much I hate the portrayal of all the teenagers in this show, but especially Laura's friends.

It photographs dark and depressing; so much brown.

Rhymes with "aught' maybe ?

Yeah, they are quite bitchy, huh?

It did indeed!

I recall Parker and Stone pointing out their satire is not beholden to any one group.

Who can Laura talk to about what she pretty much made a point of seeing?
Her motives were not good with this teacher, or her mother, or the boyfriend, or even her uncle.
And now they all know it.

It's pretty messed up to purposely see your parent having sex with someone.

So, Laura is stupid?

Emmy made the point about getting over being self conscious is the key to group sex.

Shitty and possibly criminal; Emile may be a dude, but he his still probably under age.

Sounds like Laura missed the conversation with her mom where mom points out the impossibility of unseeing something.

Most teenage girls would not have dared to have gone into the house. I am actively hating the writing for this particular group of teenage girls, including Laura.

No, you remain alive inside.

It was hilarious; Jessica steals every scene she's in, really.

The actor playing Jody is hilarious; he has the Southern delivery down, with one small observation: he speaks a bit too fast for a true Southern drawl - the timing can be tough on that one.
Southern men (I'm a Yankee, but I've been south for decades) tend to speak a bit slower.

Except Danny is from Staten Island, his Ma was a single parent.

He sure is; whose baby is that so we can tell his mom to keep mister gorgeous out of kid show biz? When he is older, I mean.
