Ah, now we get to the name-calling. That didn’t take long.

I bet she does regret it. You should regret that she protested. Everyone should regret she protested.

Oh, horseshit. In France yesterday, a Jewish woman was stabbed by anti-semitic shitheads. Nazism is on the increase all over Europe. It’s not an issue unique to America.

Leaving local matters to local government is Federal policy. It’s, in fact, the basis of Federalism.

See, I think she acts the way she does on purpose. She’s intentionally condescending and dismissive of the press. It’s not that she’s “bad at her job.” It’s that she does her job in a way that bugs the Hell out of a lot of people and I think that’s why she does it.

I’m not hiding from the question, I just don’t have an answer to the question. There is no answer to the question.

They are allowed to gather and speak (‘member that bit, where the nazi was allowed to speak?), but it’s also okay (hell, it’s good) for people to show up and tell them to go fuck themselves, just so they don’t go getting the idea that people are cool with this.

Other countries don’t have the First Amendment that the US does so what they do, or don’t do, isn’t really relevant.

A non-answer is still a non-answer. And, as I stated before, there is no genuine answer to that question.

It’s odd. When I go to conservative sites, I almost always develop a real animosity towards them. When I go to liberal sites, such as this one, I almost always develop a real animosity towards them.

That precedent stood, genius. It’s why we had to pass the 13th Amendment to get around that precedent.

Freedom of Speech requirements does sometimes lead to unexpected, but fantastic, results. As when Oklahoma was required to let Satanists put a monument to Satan at the Oklahoma State House for a brief period of time.

You may want to educate yourself and read the SCOTUS opinion about the Westboro Baptists.

Sure, violently suppressing those whom you disagree with is something I’d consider fascist. As is denying them the right to gather, speak, etc.

As I’ve mentioned multiple times, the GOP plan was also premised on closing loopholes.

Pay attention to what? The fact she lies like every other press secretary? Do you think she cares? If she gave a shit, don’t you think she would modify her behavior?

Yes.

The anti-fascists use fascist tactics to fight fascism.

You’re using a pretty broad brush there. Guys like Tim McVeigh did not fit in socially but were by no means bumbling idiots that only wanted to follow someone. McVeigh really never “belonged” to any group although he obviously shared many, if not all, of their beliefs.

Hey! You called me a racist! That means you won the argument! You’re the typical Splinter commenter.
