I need to get around to that one day. I found Brief Interviews to be very hit or miss, and Broom to be obvious aping of Pynchon, but it's definitely a lighter read than Infinite Jest.

I was really looking forward to Bird doing live action, and while it wasn't  terrible, it was very mediocre. I would have preferred terrible, actually.

I think Going Places would fit right in here. It's one of those litmus test movies for me; if someone can't find the humor in it, there's no point wasting any time on them.

If it was, I wouldn't be nearly as interested in seeing it as I am. You just can't fake some things.
